Signs and symptoms :
- Personal hygiene disorders, characterized by; dirty hair, dirty teeth, skin dirty and smelly, as well as the long and dirty nails.
- Inability to make up / dressing, characterized by; unkempt hair, dirty clothes and unkempt, dressed not appropriate, the patient men do not shave, do not dress up in female patients.

3. Self-care deficit
- Subjective data: feeling weak, lazy activity, feel helpless.
- Objective data: dirty hair, body and clothes dirty and smelly, smelly mouth and teeth, skin dull and dirty, long fingernails and unkempt.

Decrease in the ability and motivation to take care of themselves
